Catfish in soy marinade

Catfish meat is juicy, tender and absolutely boneless. It is possible to prepare many different dishes. You can, for example, just put in cream or sour cream, but you can something of this sort. For example, marinade in soy-lemon sauce and bake. Besides this dish perfectly diversifies the table in the post! Delicious! Try it!

juice of half medium lemon

1 – 2 cloves of garlic, ground black pepper, to taste vegetable oil for frying For the garnish: 5 medium potatoes 1 large carrot Preparation:

For the marinade mix the soy and fish sauces, add the juice of half a lemon, a little ground black pepper, finely chopped or passed through a press garlic, honey. If honey is thick, pre-heat it to a liquid state. All carefully stir.

Pour catfish fillet with the marinade and leave for at least 1 hour, but can be longer, the dish only benefit from this.

It is desirable that the marinade completely covers the fish. If the marinade is not enough,periodically come and pour water so that the fish is well soaked.

Marinated fillet cut into strips of a thickness of +- 1 centimeter.

The ends of the braids secure with toothpicks.

For garnish peel the potatoes and cut into large wedges.

The pan will rascality of vegetable oil, put the potatoes and wait until Golden brown. Do not disturb! When the potato crust is grabbed with one hand, gently stir-flip and wait until a crust appears on the other side. Set aside. Fry until fully cooked is not necessary, quite enough crust.

In the same pan lightly fry the roughly chopped carrot. Set aside.

If necessary, add to the pan of oil and slightly fry the fish braids on both sides (literally 1 minute on each side).

Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Put fish braids, roasted potatoes and carrots. Put in a preheated 200C oven until fully cooked potatoes and fish. Usually is enough 15 – 20 minutes.
